Cash, personal checks, credit or debit cards are accepted for payment.

Other Insurance
We are not participating porviders in insurance networks. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Our trained staff will work with you to help file your claim, either by filing it for you or helping you with the paperwork to file it yourself.

Cancellation Policy
You will be required to pay the full cost of the session if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance.
